Platform & provider status
Quibly Tech is a technology provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). We connect a business's own WhatsApp Business Account to our software so that incoming customer messages can be read, answered and tracked. We support Meta's coexistence mode, which lets a business keep using the WhatsApp Business app on a phone while the same number is connected through us.
We do not resell WhatsApp messaging. Each business we onboard holds its own WhatsApp Business Account and its own payment relationship with Meta. Meta bills messaging charges directly to that account.
